Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Fee Responsibility:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., unwanted item, wrong purchase, no quality issue), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier you choose.

  • If the return is caused by us (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect item), the consumer does not need to bear the return shipping fee.

The returns policy may vary during promotional periods. Please check the promotion’s terms & conditions before placing your order.

For the return or exchange of VareoCommerce products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact your retailer directly.

Please do not send any return packages without authorization. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and the exact return instructions.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other Promotions)

  1. Email us at support@VareoCommerce.shop to request a return label.

  2. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

  3. We will reply with the next steps and a return label within 1–2 business days.


Order Cancellation Policy

We support order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Cancellation Rule:

  • If you submit a cancellation request before the order has been shipped and within 24 hours, your order can be cancelled successfully.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Refund Method & Refund Timeframe

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).

Refund Timeframe:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.


Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@VareoCommerce.shop with the subject line: DAMAGED.
This must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


Items Not Received

If your order is missing any items, please contact us at support@VareoCommerce.shop with the subject line: MISSING ITEM, along with your order number.
